Sea Fortress

Silo Scramble Map

COs: Eagle V Hawke
Terms: Destroy the entire mini cannons round the fortress to win.
Difficulty Rating: ***

Move left out of reach of the fighters. Next turn attack everything, You need to build your Co power quickly. By the end of the next turn you should be at the fortress and can attack everything with bombers even those pesky Anti air... then activate your Super Co power for a bit of revenge! Then it's a matter of avoiding fire and finishing off the remaining mini cannons.

Drake's Dilemma

COs: Drake and Kanbei V Hawke
Terms: Destroy the 2 Black Cannons to win.

Firstly move all Drake's sea units into reefs and put one in the port. Drake's main aim is to send his battleships south down the straight and narrow and target the Black Cannons. Kanbei's aims are to destroy as much of Hawke's troops as possible to take Hawke's mind off Drake's units. Hawke's units consist of lots of rockets round the sea and lots of tanks with recons although why he needs recons when the AI cheats in FoW is beyond me. The tide of this battle will be quickly turned as long as you keep your battleships moving from reef to reef!

Terms: Destroy all battleships within 17 days.

Lab Map Mission: Southernmost city on the western island

A tricky mission this one, but with a careful cash flow you can get a few battleships to move up and target those battleships in repair. The battleships can't fire so don't worry about their range. You'll need the base in the south and will have to move fast to block Lash's base in the right side. The trick is to do about 5hp damage to each ship so they will join together. This will half the number of battleships till there is a manageable amount. You'll need lots of anti air and even the odd cruiser if you want to protect your essential battleships.

To The Rescue

COs: Eagle and Sami V Adder
Terms: Destroy all units or capture the enemy HQ.
Difficulty Rating: ****

Send all of Eagle's units up north to meet approaching eastern air force except leave a fighter to go west to clean up Adder's southern air force. Once Adder's east air force is taken care let air units move in to help out Orange Star. Use Sami's troops to move toward Eagle's air force, use indirect units for covering fires, keeping outside range of enemy air force. Use anti air whenever possible. Watch out for laser fire, as there are four of them!

Navy Vs. Air

COs: Drake V Eagle
Terms: Route all enemy units or capture the HQ.
Difficulty Rating: ****

Start by loading anti air onto the lander move it up, leave the infantry behind to capture the bases. You want to drop the anti air on the island with the airport. Use the cruisers to take out the B copters and halt any aircraft that come through. Then using landers to transport infantry with units to protect them over to the other islands, I suggest using your Super CO power right after he's used his to undo his healing and bring down the aircraft! Once you have enough bases create bombers and clear the HQ, surround the infantry on the HQ and secure a quick end to the battle.

Rain of Fire

Terms: Destroy all enemy units or capture the enemy HQ.
Difficulty Rating: ****

A fairly easy map as long as you get to each of the corners and grab at least one of the bases. The pattern of the volcano on even days it hits certain areas and on odd days it hits another set of areas. If in doubt place on a city that way if it gets hit the city the next day will heal the unit a bit. APCs dash is a must at the start of the mission followed up by tanks. You'll need artillery to break through Lash's lines.

COs: Any Green Earh CO V Hawke
Terms: Route all enemy units or capture the Lab within the time limit.
Difficulty Rating: *****

You have 9 days to capture that lab and grab those neotank plans. The best option is to route all enemies. Watch your step in the FoW and have those animations on, as they are your friend in FoW. Create an infantry straight away so next turn you can start to take that airport and blow the pipe seam. You'll want to put that battleship in the reef to protect it and the same applies to the cruiser behind it. Hawke has some B copters and his troops come through the narrow path between the two pipes. You can use your bomber to blow the seam and ambush Hawke's troops. The pipe seams in this mission helps a lot. Watch out for the rockets placed near the group of four trees. If in doubt abuse the save feature of Advance Wars. Use the battleship for cover and bring those mid tanks down in health.

Great Sea Battle

The Hunt's End Map

COs: Any Green Earth CO and Any Two COs from Orange Star, Blue Moon or Yellow Comet V Hawke
Terms: Destroy the seam in the factory pipeline!
Difficulty Rating: *****

As you would start nearly any battle create infantry and grab buildings. Use the silos to cause damage. It's possible to fly across to the “donut” island and grab the airport there with Green Earth. Remember this battle is a three pronged attack, Orange Star and Green Earth's job is to hold up the enemy and distract them while Yellow Comet moves across east, occuping the island in the corner and destroy the Black Cannon there with rockets then move up north and target the pipe with rockets and have units to protect the vital units. Good CO choices are: Green Earth - Eagle, as aircraft will come into play, Yellow Comet - Kanbei, as your fewer units will have a better time fighting across the East and once you get a clear shot at the pipeline, you can take it one. As for Orange Star, anyone will do really, as long as you can hold Hawke up with them.
