AWDS Hard Campaign Guide - Mission 13: Frozen Fortress
Difficulty: Easy with Olaf and Kanbei, moderately difficult otherwise.
Objective: Standard rules, capture the North Eastern city to gain access to gaining the Black Bombs.
Suggested Main COs for Orange Star: Olaf, Javier, Sami, Jess.
Support COs for Orange Star: Grit, Jess, Eagle, Jake.
Suggested Main COs for Blue Moon: Kanbei, Sami, Grit.
Suggested Support COs for Blue Moon: Sonja, Eagle, Max.
Suggested skills for Main COs: Icebreaker, Conquerer, Pathfinder, Slam Shield.

General Strategy
Two Battle Helicopters and two Md. Tanks make this map pretty hard to begin with. Still, Helicopters go down in one shot from a full HP Anti-Aircraft unit and Md. Tanks fall prey to attacks from over Mountains or on them.
If you're aiming for a perfect score here, you'll have to combine units together to preserve your Technique score. Easier said than done though, Jugger and Candy/Kindle will make things hard by assaulting Orange Star with a Reconnaissance, Artillery, Anti-Aircraft and a Tank while leaving the two Md. Tanks and two Battle Helicopters in place until you move into their firing range.
I highly recommend to you that you prioritise capturing all three Communication Towers before you allow Jugger and Candy/Kindle a chance to Tag.
In-Depth Guide
From the start, for Blue Moon, capture the immediate Northern factory from the Headquarters. As for Orange Star, you should neutralise the main attack of the Anti-Aircraft, Tank and Reconnaissance units by day three with either Mechanised Infantry or Tanks depending on what CO you're using.
To take out the Battle Helicopters, I'd suggest you to use Tanks as bait then blast them with Anti-Aircrafts. A similar strategy can be used on the Md. Tanks but with Artillery dealing the largest amount of damage.
Bearing in mind that you need to provoke the AI to attack, you should provoke it with a unit that can sustain the attack. This is where letting Blue Moon be Kanbei comes in very handy. You can put on Slam Shield and Slam Guard to increase his defence to 140 and let his partner have Bodyguard giving him 150 defence. On a property that's a ridiculous amount of defence.
