The devious Black Hole Army once created an evil robot so stupid-looking and seemingly idiotic, that no country would suspect an invasion from it...They then commanded it to penetrate border after border, causing as much explosive action within as possible, before blaming it on the most respected and feared commander of the Orange Star Army they could find...ANDY!

Clone Andy fetches information about the one called Andy's CO Power, and proceeds to emulate it on his own forces. +2hp to every damaged unit, 10% attack/defense bonus. Shame they couldn't think of another CO Power, eh?
Notes & Tactics
As the player, you can't use Clone Andy. Much as it would be fun to have Andy make robot noises when he opens his mouth, you just have to put up with normal Andy. Or ignore him altogether in favour of better COs. As the AI, Clone Andy acts exactly like Andy would, except he his units are black and he usually has more of them. Remember: Think not of the scientific breakthroughs, Clone Andy is EVIL and you must DESTROY him!
