Flak - Brutal and Random
Flak's whereabouts since AW2 is currently unknown. Unemployed or otherwise, Flak has alot of strength, but lacks any sort of intelligence and has a blatant disregard for such subtleties as accuracy. Troops under his clumsy command may do more or less damage than normal.
Day To Day Abilities

Flak decides that more power = more damage and commands troops to hit harder than before, resulting in all units' doing up to 40% more damage or down to 20% less.
SCOP - Barbaric Blow ---***
- 80% luck
- -30% luck
- 110% defence
Flak draws all focus from silly details like accuracy and throws it into increased power. All units under his control randomly do up to 80% more damage or up to 30% less damage.
Notes & Tactics
Flak cares little for the finer points of warfare, meaning that with his CO Powers, he can send in any old unit that would normally do no damage whatsoever, and come out having done 7hp. Use this to your advantage by building lots of cheap units that have the potential to do heavy damage, but should they fail, it's no great loss. Day to day however, the luck balances out to mean on average you'll do more damage, and you can exploit things to the maximum by taking potshots at passing boats with Cruisers, running tanks into Md. Tanks (you could come off even), and generally doing the unexpected.
