Hawke - Cold-Hearted Commander
Hawke is cold, calculating and strong. His abilities rank him as second in command beneath Sturm. All his units are stronger than average.
Day To Day Abilities

Hawke taps into the power of Black Hole to unleash a wave of darkness over the entire map, damaging all opposing units by 1 HP and healing his own for 1 HP. He also gets 110% defence under cover of darkness.
SCOP - Black Storm -----****
- 2hp damage to all enemy units
- 2hp free healing to all of Hawke's units
- 110% defence
Hawke unleashes a supernatural strength that seems to be given to the army of Black Hole, causing a raging storm of evil to crash down on the whole map. This damages all enemy units by 2 HP and heals his own units by 2 HP, as well as granting them a 10% defence bonus.
Notes & Tactics
Hawke's strength shows when you attack other units. He isn't as strong as other COs are in their own areas, but he is noticeably better all round, getting a few more kills as opposed to cripplings, Black Wave is a general annoyance to your enemies, shaving off the top of their HP and lightly healing yours, but Black Storm can be quite dangerous and turn the tide of a battle if you use it at a time when you go on the attack. The sad thing is, though, it takes a long time to charge either CO power (and for good reason), so he won't get to rain damage on everyone as often as you'd like. Also, in fog of war, all players can guage the position of each other's armies as the waves hit each unit, meaning your coverts ops on another island may be given away, but equally, you can use them to gain vital intel on the magnitude and position of your opponent's forces. Because of the nature of his powers, Hawke works best on large maps with lots of players. In such a map he can do an incredible amount of overall damage and considerably give himself the upper hand over everyone else - but in small maps like Spann Island, his power just takes too long and is too ineffective.
