Sensei - Old Man Paratrooper

Sensei Normal

Sensei is the wise old Yellow Comet hero of yesteryear who trained Kanbei in the ways of battling. He excels in infantry and helicopter combat, but unfortunately he's a bit rusty when it comes to using sea units.

Day To Day Abilities

  • 150% attack for Battle Copters
  • 140% attack for infantry/mechs
  • +1 movement to transport units
  • 90% attack for sea units
  • 90% attack for vehicles

COP - Copter Command **

  • 175% attack for Battle Copters
  • 9hp infantry dropped for free on all allied cities
  • 110% defence

Sensei takes to the skies with a battalion of free 9HP infantry, parachuting one group onto every unoccupied allied city. The altitude also affects Sensei's B-Copter prowess, boosting them to 175% offence! An added side effect of watching an elderly man fly around the land is 110% defence for all units. Interesting.

SCOP - Airborne Assault --****

  • 175% attack for Battle Copters
  • 9hp mechs dropped for free on all allied cities
  • 110% defence

Sensei gets outraged by the rebellious youth of today and orders mech units of 9HP to be flown in from Taiwan where they are made, and dropped onto every city under his control where there is room. Battle Copters also help cleanse the world of unruly youngsters with 175% attack power. 110% defense is sprinkled on every unit, as ever.

Notes & Tactics

Sensei

Sensei's huge copter bonus means easy aggravation of infantry, tanks, battleships, anything around to attack. Keep a good copter squadron handy, but keep a rounded army as well to make sure the copters don't run into trouble. Sensei's CO powers are an easy way to pull off infantry and mech floods, but also, if used correctly, they can give you a fairly large cash bonus (especially the Super CO Power)! All the mechs have 9HP, so if you combine them, you get around 2400 for every unit and still have half of them left! Or you could spam Copter Command for killer B-copter strikes and masses of meatshielding infantry. When using Sensei you may be tempted to go all out of copters and infantry, but do remember to deploy at least a few tanks and things to ward off anti-airs that will eat through your whole force of people and planes. Sensei's early game is helped by his transport movement bonus, so make the most of APCs and T-copters early on. Sensei is a good choice for land and air maps, but he falls down on large naval battles as his weakness becomes apparent. Eat old man bullets, you pesky kids!
