Sturm - Insane Alien
Sturm is the leader of the evil forces of Black Hole, possessing great strength and tactics. After his defeat in Advance Wars 1, he remodelled himself to be the lovechild of C-3PO and Darth Vader.

Possibly a poor attempt to make up for how stupidly powerful he is, Sturm has no normal CO power. It's super or nothing.
SCOP - Meteor Strike **********
- 5 square diameter (missile size) meteor damages enemy units for 8hp
- 140% attack power
- 150% defence
Sturm draws on Sephirothesque influences by summoning a meteor to crash on to the battlefield, damaging ALL units in it's blast radius by 8 HP, although it can't physically destroy any units. Being a meteor of evil, it directs itself to the highest concentration of enemy funds, worked out by all the values of enemy units added together, minus the total value of his units in that area. Sturm has no direct control over the landing zone of the meteor. Such intelligence for a burning rock. Not only do extreme weather conditions terrorise opposing forces, Sturm's troops also receive a stupid upgrade of 30% defense and 20% attack. Great.
Notes & Tactics
Sturm, Sturm, Sturm. Better at traversing maps than Adder, stupidly powerful for no good reason, aburd double Super CO Power...Sturm is ridiculously overpowered. Just be careful to keep your units out of large clusters of enemy units when the meteors hit, and try not to let the clusters disperse when your meter hits full, or your meteor won't hit much. But there's still that sickening bonus to everything, eh? Using Sturm against your friends will make them hate you forever and ever because he is cheap, and so are you. So there.
