Kanbei - Headstrong Samurai
Kanbei is the battle-loving samurai leader of Yellow Comet that is fiercely loyal to his people. He makes sure his units are better than his opponent's with shiny gold-plating, but understandably this increases the deployment bill somewhat.

With a stirring speech (possibly a story about ninjas), Kanbei's troops are filled with patriotic pride and push themselves a little bit harder. This puts all his units at 160/130 (atk/def).

Kanbei's samurai pride erupts into an impressive display of insane determination on the part of his soldiers, making them nigh invincible with 160/160 stats. Nobody will want to touch you at all, bearing in mind that Kanbei's troops also do double damage counterattacking. Imagine your units and their current terrains were themselves stuck on top of a mountain, adding up the defense stars. Exactly. Worth the wait.

Very defencive pairing, makes Grit cry. Buy buy buy with Javier, break break break with Kanbei, and never have less than 120% defence against indirects. End tag powers with Kanbei for the best defence, unless you have two or more towers.

Notes & Tactics
Kanbei's units are very strong and Kanbei is a very good choice for small maps or maps with a bigger city to factory ratio. Kanbei should build mainly cheaper units to take advantage of their added power without too much of a cash loss, but do be sure to mix in stronger units to deter the enemy from flooring you with a batallion of Md.Tanks, etc. With Kanbei it is especially important to pull back damaged units to repair on cities, as you don't want to be wasting expensive Rockets in the enemy's range for the sake of an extra attack with them. Take into account that all units are equally boosted and you essentially have a powerful Andy, tactics-wise. If against Grit, send in the tanks, if against Eagle, take the war to the seas. Exploit weaknesses. One last thing however, if you use Kanbei in predeployed mode against your friends, they will hate you. Be warned.
