Rachel - Sassy Sister
The question to Nell, 'Do you have a younger sister?' is now proven to be invariably, yes. Rachel is, like Nell, a general all-rounder, with the ability to coerce city workers into 3hp worth of repairs a day.
Day To Day Abilities
- +1 repairs on captured properties
COP - Lucky Lass ***
- +40% luck
- 110% attack/defence
Rachel finds a penny on the floor or something, and consequently gets a 40% luck boost for all units. Useful for general havoc-causing on the battlefield when you have many units that would otherwise not do a great deal of damage under normal circumstances. +10% attack and defence as always.
SCOP - Covering Fire ---***
- 3 silo missiles automatically bomb the enemy
- 110% attack/defence
Rachel gets her missiles out for this one, launching three of them on to the battlefield. First one goes for the most infantry it can find, second goes for most concentrated amount of enemy unit value, and third goes for most combined HP it can hit. Will barely ever hit your own units, so don't worry. Deadly on small battlefields.

Pretty standard tag made of various small bonuses and a pretty +30% mod for tag powers.
Notes & Tactics
A nice simple CO to use, who is outstandingly good in small maps (especially predeployed) but lacks a little in larger maps. Faster repairs mean less time sat about on allied cities away from battle, so do take care to make use of this and retreat damaged units away for brief spells of healing. This also helps for those times when you find yourself fighting off an attacker when you are sat on an allied property - 1 extra hp will push things very much in your favour. Lucky Lass is useful to do unfair damage with lots of weaker units, but is a little wasted if you only have a few strong ones about anyway. Covering Fire is Rachel's piece de resistance, on small maps it can cripple or even obliterate an enemy army, absolutely slaughtering armies clustered together. On larger maps however, Rachel's fixed amount of SCOP damage can be spread too thinly across various fronts, hitting an altogether lower fraction of enemies and being considerably less useful. Be careful of your enemy using tactics to avoid your SCOP as you approach it. If they spread out their units, swarm them from all sides and make use of their weaker formation (even holding back the SCOP until your enemy reforms). If they flood infantry into one place to distract the second missile, try to rush that area with tanks or anti-airs, but don't worry too much about it, your time could be better spent elsewhere - and there are another two missiles anyway. Rachel makes a solid tag partner to anyone thanks to her average units and killer SCOP. Happy happy happy!
